Booking & Payment Conditions
Booking procedure
You can book your transfer on-line by filling in the form on our web, you can send us your request by email, ICQ or Skype. We will confirm your booking within 24 hours. When you need an instant confirmation you can also call us.
We send a confirmation by email. We do not require any deposit. The driver will be waiting at the arrival hall. He will be holding a sign with your name. In case you can't find the driver, please call us! If your flight is delayed by more than 2 hours please call us to
confirm your arrival.Private transfers are available 24 hours a day, shuttle service is available from 6 am till 9 pm.
To make a booking we need the following details:
Payment methods
We do not require any deposit. You pay cash to the driver. The driver will give you a receipt. If you need an invoice, please let us know when making the reservation. The credit card payment will be available soon.
Kids
It is necessary to let us know if you are travelling with kids up to 12 years as we have to prepare a babyseat for them. Babyseats are obligatory to use for kids up to 12 years (up to 150 cm of height, 36 kg of weight). Kids has to be included in the total number of people requiring a transfer. We reserve the privilege to refuse to provide you a transfer if you do not inform us about arriving with kids beforehand as we would take a risk of a high penalty.
Rates
The rates we offer are always final for the number of passengers. We do not charge per person. There are no hidden extra charges. We charge one rate for all Prague locations, no matter if your hotel is in the centre or in the suburbs.

We are able to manage all your needs of transportation from/to airport, within Prague or to other cities in the Czech republic. We offer exclusive rates to our contractual partners.
